“Multinational Families and Inbound Wealth Transfers,” January 23, 2009

The course details the income tax, gift tax, and estate tax implications of these transfers and how to best utilize foreign grantor trusts. U.S. tax reporting and compliance, for the parents and the children, is also discussed.
